5th Estonian performing arts showcase festival draamamaa.weekend takes place 2.-4. XI 2017 in Tallinn.

It is a special festival for foreign theatre managers, curators, programmers and critics. During the three-day long festival our guests can see and experience a concentrated selection of Estonian contemporary performing arts with an international potential.

Newspaper: Estonian Theatre No.1 

Newspaper Estonian Theatre gives to foreign readers an overview of Estonian performing arts field, presenting what is important now, as well giving an insight to Estonian theatre history. Its main aim is to offer interesting reading and possibility to broaden the horizons, which hopefully leads to greater interest in Estonian theatre. Estonian Theatre will be published once a year. Issue no. 2 is going to be online in summer 2018.

Estonian Theatre Agency

Foundation Estonian Theatre Agency started on 1st of January 2008 and was created by Estonian Theatre Union and Estonian Association of Performing Arts Institutions. Our agency is dealing with copyright issues of plays, developing Estonian playwriting, gathering and distributing theatre information, introducing Estonian theatre abroad and collecting and publishing of Estonian theatre statistics. We are also organizing playwriting competitions which started in 1995 and subscribing translations of Estonian original plays. Second area of action for the Estonian Theatre Agency is gathering and distributing theatre information.
